What a chiropractic website actually costs.
Four ways to buy one, what each includes, and what each adds up to after three years. Ours starts at $199 a month with no setup fee, and the number is on this page rather than behind a form.

The four models
There is no single price, because there are four different products.
Ranges for the first three are what the chiropractic market publicly charges, gathered in August 2026. The last row is ours: from $199 a month, no setup fee, which is where the plans start rather than an average.
| Model | Typical range | What is covered | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| DIY site builder | $0 – $50 / month | You build and maintain it | A brand-new practice that needs a presence this month and has more time than budget. |
| Freelance designer | $1,500 – $6,000 one-time | Design only, upkeep is separate | A practice that knows exactly what it wants and has someone in-house to maintain it after launch. |
| Agency build with a setup fee | $5,000 – $15,000+ up front | Build up front, care billed after | A practice with the capital available up front and a separate budget for keeping the site current. |
| Managed monthly — what we do | From $199 / month, no setup fee | Everything, one monthly number | A practice that wants the build, the hosting, the support and the search work as one predictable line item instead of a five-figure project. |
What the money buys
The gap is what the monthly number actually buys.
Every model produces something presentable. What separates them is how much of the work is included once the site is live — and this is where a monthly price is either very good value or very poor value, depending entirely on what sits behind it.
| Included | DIY | Freelance | Agency | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Custom design, not a shared template | No | Usually | Yes | Yes |
| Condition and service pages written for search | No | Sometimes | Yes | Yes |
| Technical SEO and A.I.-answer structure | Basic | Varies | Yes | Yes |
| Hosting and security included | Yes | No | No | Yes |
| Support time every month | No | Hourly | Retainer | 1 hour |
| Money up front | None | $1,500+ | $5,000+ | None |
| Built and tested for conversion, not just launch | No | Varies | Sometimes | Yes |
The three-year number
Three years in, the gap is not where most practices expect.
Midpoints of the ranges above, carried to 36 months. Note the fourth row: plenty of agencies bill $99–$199 a month for hosting and nothing else, which over three years costs about what a fully managed site does — the server, without the site.
| Model | Assumed | 36-month total | What the money covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| DIY site builder | $35/mo | $1,260 | Cheapest, and usually looks it. You are the designer, the copywriter and the support desk. |
| Freelance designer | $3,500 + $20/mo hosting | $4,220 | Good value if it launches well. Nobody is responsible for it afterwards, so it tends to go stale. |
| Agency build with setup fee | $10,000 + $100/mo care | $13,600 | Five figures committed before the site has booked a single patient, with upkeep billed on top. |
| Hosting alone, at agency rates | $149/mo | $5,364 | Three years of hosting. No design, no support, no search work — just the server. |
| Managed monthly — ours | From $199/mo | $7,164 | At the entry price: design, build, hosting, a support hour every month, and the search and A.I. structure, with nothing up front. |
The honest version
When we are not the right answer.
Buy the cheapest thing that works
If you are the only chiropractor for thirty miles, most of your patients arrive by referral, and nobody local is competing for search, a DIY builder is genuinely enough. Paying anyone monthly to out-rank nobody is a bad trade, and we will tell you that on the call rather than after you sign.
Buy the whole thing as one line item
If you are competing for the conditions you treat and want the design, the hosting, the monthly support and the search work handled together, that is what the plan covers, from $199 a month. No project fee, no separate care plan, and no invoice that arrives before the site has booked anybody.
Free · no call required
Before you spend anything, find out what your current site is costing you.
We crawl your existing site the way Google and A.I. search do, then hand you the list of what is broken and what to fix first — with the evidence for every finding, and no call required.
Chiropractic website cost questions, answered.
How much does a chiropractic website cost?
Across the market it runs from nothing up front on a DIY builder to $15,000 or more for an agency build with a setup fee, with freelancers between roughly $1,500 and $6,000. Ours starts at $199 a month with no setup fee, which covers the design, the build, hosting, an hour of support each month, and the search and A.I.-answer structure.
Why do so few chiropractic website companies publish a price?
Because a number invites comparison, and comparison is uncomfortable when a setup fee runs five figures or when the monthly covers little more than hosting. Ours starts at $199 a month, published here on purpose. If a provider will not tell you the price before a call, ask what the monthly actually includes — that is usually the reason.
Is monthly cheaper than paying once?
It depends what you are comparing. Against a $10,000 setup fee, $199 a month is far less capital and includes the upkeep the setup fee does not. Against a cheap freelance build it costs more over three years, and buys design, support and search work that the freelance build never had. Against $149 a month for hosting alone, it is roughly the same money for the entire site rather than the server.
What costs come after launch?
On a one-time build: hosting, domain renewal, security updates, and someone to maintain the content. Budget for all four — the most common way a good site stops working is not a technical failure, it is two years of nobody updating it. On our plan those are inside the $199, other than the domain.
What does the $199 plan actually include?
At the entry price: the design and build, hosting and security, an hour of support every month for content and page edits, and the technical structure that lets the site rank in Google and be read by A.I. assistants. There is no setup fee and no separate care plan on top. Larger practices and multi-location groups sit above that. Deeper ongoing search and content programs are priced separately.
