Concierge medicine marketing that turns peptide, TRT, HRT and stem cell inquiries into members who stay.
We run the whole engine for cash-pay concierge practices — ads that pass review, screening, A.I. follow-up in seconds, and consult training — so the patient who comes in for one protocol becomes a member. 100 new patients guaranteed or you don't pay.

Four front doors, one membership
Nobody searches for a membership. They search for the reason they'd buy one.
A membership is the hardest thing in your practice to sell to a stranger, and the easiest to sell to a patient who already trusts you. So we don't lead with it. We advertise the protocol someone is already researching, screen them before they reach your calendar, and let the consult introduce the membership.
Peptides
Peptide therapy
Recovery, body composition, sleep and healthy-aging programs — GLP-1 weight loss included.
- Who is looking
- Active adults who have read about peptides and want a clinician, not a research-chemical website.
- The front door
- A clinician consult with labs, rolled into a monthly program.
- We screen for
- Goals, what they have already tried, budget for a monthly program, and whether they live where you can treat.
The ad rule
Ads sell the clinician-led program, never a named compound — and the copy keeps pace with compounding rules that moved again in 2026.
TRT
Testosterone replacement therapy
Men’s hormone optimization, monitored with labs and follow-up visits for as long as they stay on it.
- Who is looking
- Men, mostly 35 to 60, weighing a local clinic against the telehealth apps.
- The front door
- A low-T assessment with a lab panel and a results visit.
- We screen for
- Symptoms, recent labs, prior or current TRT, and readiness to pay cash for ongoing care.
The ad rule
Meta rejects copy that implies the viewer has a condition, so “Struggling with low T?” never runs. We write to what men want back, not to the diagnosis.
HRT
Hormone replacement therapy
Perimenopause and menopause care for women who were told their symptoms are just part of getting older.
- Who is looking
- Women in their 40s and 50s who want a plan, and a clinician with time to make one.
- The front door
- A hormone evaluation and lab review.
- We screen for
- Stage and symptoms, prior HRT, what their current doctor has said, and budget for ongoing care.
The ad rule
No promised outcomes and no before-and-afters. Education does the persuading — she arrives having already watched you explain the options.
Regenerative
Stem cells & exosomes
The highest-ticket work in the practice — joints, recovery and aesthetics.
- Who is looking
- Patients who have run out of conservative options and research hard before they spend thousands.
- The front door
- A candidacy consult, often after a live or virtual seminar.
- We screen for
- Condition, imaging and prior treatment, budget or financing, and willingness to travel.
The ad rule
The FDA has approved no exosome product and warns against unapproved stem cell treatments. Ads sell the consultation and the candidacy review — never a cure.
Member math
A member is not a visit. Price your marketing like it.
Most practices judge an ad by what the first visit paid. A member pays every month, so what you can afford to win one is far higher than the consult fee suggests. Put in your own numbers.

$6,600
Revenue in year one
What the same member pays in their first twelve months.
A practice that judges its ads on the first visit is pricing every patient as a single appointment. On these numbers, a member is worth $9,900 — and that, not the consult fee, is what decides whether a campaign is working. On your demo call we put what a member actually costs you today beside it.

Six jobs you would otherwise hire, build and manage — done for you, under one roof.

Step 1
Ads written to the rules
Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok, written for the platforms’ health and prescription policies from the first draft. Creative rotates before it goes stale, and from one short clip we produce A.I. doctor videos in your voice and likeness.

Step 2
Screening before the calendar
12 to 15 questions on goals, history and finances. Only qualified leads are reported back to the ad platforms, so they go and find more people like them.

Step 3
Follow-up in seconds, for a year
A.I. Patient Coordinators call, text and email every lead within seconds, then keep following up for a full year. Appointments booked days out can take a card on file or a pre-payment.

Step 4
Education before the consult
Reminders carry the education: what the protocol involves, what it costs, and that care is cash-pay. Patients arrive informed instead of shopping.

Step 5
A consult that sells the membership
An intake assessment tailored to your protocols, consult scripts, and your recorded consults reviewed and graded with suggestions.

Step 6
Tracked to the member
A live dashboard from ad to booked, showed and started — so the budget follows members and revenue, not cheap leads.
Cash-pay results
The same system, on the same kind of patient.

100 new patients guaranteed or you don't pay.
We guarantee 100 new patients, not just names in a CRM or spreadsheet. If we do not deliver 100 under the agreed patient-acquisition program terms, you don't pay. The risk sits with us, not your practice.

Built for practices that can deliver what the ads promise.
We take one practice per area and work by application, so we are specific about who this is for.
This is for you if you have
- A clinician who can evaluate and prescribe for the protocols you sell
- Cash-pay pricing — a membership, protocols billed on top, or both
- Room on the schedule for new members, or a plan to make it
- Someone who makes a quick confirmation call to every booked patient
- A consult you are willing to keep getting better at
It is not for
- Practices that want to bill insurance for these services
- Anyone who wants ads promising results the FDA has not approved
- Owners who flinch at the word “sales.” The membership is sold in the consult, and more volume only exposes a weak one
Concierge medicine marketing, answered.
How do concierge medicine practices get new patients?
Mostly three ways: referrals from existing members, local search for terms like "concierge doctor near me", and paid social. Referrals bring the best patients and are the slowest to scale. Search captures people already looking. Paid social is the only one you can turn up on demand, and it works best when it advertises a specific protocol, such as a hormone evaluation or a peptide consult, rather than the membership itself, then lets the consult introduce the membership.
Should a concierge practice advertise the membership or the treatments?
The treatments, in most cases. A membership asks a stranger to commit to a recurring fee for access they have never experienced. A protocol answers a problem they are already researching. Lead with the protocol, make the membership the obvious way to do it properly, and price it so joining is a better deal than paying visit by visit.
Can you advertise TRT, peptides, and stem cells on Facebook and Google?
Yes, within the rules. Both platforms restrict how prescription treatments are advertised, Meta rejects copy that implies the viewer has a medical condition, and the FDA has approved no exosome product and warns against unapproved stem cell treatments. Ads that sell the clinician, the consultation, and the evaluation get approved and stay live. Ads that name a compound or promise a result get rejected, and repeated rejections can restrict the ad account. We write to the rules from the first draft.
How much can a concierge practice spend to acquire a member?
Work it back from what a member is worth: the membership fee plus protocol revenue, times the months a member typically stays, times your gross margin. That is the most a member can cost before you lose money on them. Most practices can afford far more than they think, because they price their ads against the first visit instead of the membership. The calculator on this page does the arithmetic.
Do you work with direct primary care practices?
This program is built for cash-pay practices with a premium membership and protocols on top. A low-fee direct primary care membership rarely leaves enough margin per member to advertise profitably on paid social. Referrals, employer partnerships, and local search usually fit that model better.
How quickly does it start?
Ads, landing pages, screening, and the A.I. Patient Coordinators go live about three business days after the onboarding call. Leads usually arrive within 24 hours of launch, and the first appointments land on your calendar a day or two later.
Do you really guarantee 100 new patients?
Yes. We guarantee 100 new patients, not just names in a CRM or spreadsheet. If we do not deliver 100 under the agreed patient-acquisition program terms, you don't pay. We only take on practices we are confident we can grow, which is why we work by application and one practice per area.
Do you work with my competitors?
No. We take on one practice per geographical area, so the territory is yours while we work together.
